Jonathan Wayne Bowles was apprehended in Spokane Valley by law enforcement on Tuesday evening, December 7 and arraigned in Spokane Superior Court Wednesday, December 8. His 15-year-old victim, Lillian R. Dixon, was taken into protective custody and later reunited with her family.
