POMEROY–Local residences will receive their Census invitation at the Post Office if their mail delivery is a PO Box. For those with a physical mailing address, a census taker will drop off the document at the home between March 12-18. The resident does not need to be present.

Occupants will be offered three different ways to complete the questionnaire: internet, telephone, or by mailing back a completed paper questionnaire.

Census enumerators will visit each address only once initially. If the occupant does not respond using the information left by the enumerator, the home will be visited again by an enumerator during the Nonresponse Follow-up Operation, which will occur in April.

Homes may be visited as many as six times during this process.
