Valedictorian Alyssa Kay Wolf

My name is Alyssa Wolf. My parents are Chris and Kim Wolf and my brother is Ryan Wolf. My family has always been very supportive of everything I do.

I am involved in Volleyball, Basketball, softball, FFA where I am the chapter secretary, National Honor Society, Pep Club, and I'm the ASB Vice President. I have won a state championship in volleyball and softball.

I will be attending Washington State University to study Speech and Hearing Sciences. I plan to become a Speech Therapist in an elementary school.

I learned a lot during my time at Pomeroy High School, but the most important thing I learned is that anything is possible if you work hard enough.

My name is Evan Bartels. My parents are Brian Bartels and Kristin Hatala and I have one sister (Kiersten), two brothers (Brandon and Jayson), and three stepsisters (Maya, Claire, and Keeley).

Salutatorian Evan James Bartels

In school I was a part of cross country, basketball, and baseball. I was also a part of National Honor Society, Pep Club, and was the ASB Treasurer this year.

As a freshman, I was lucky enough to be on the 2017 Championship Baseball team and have gone to State every year in baseball, except for this year as there was no season.

I plan on going to college at Eastern Washington University in Cheney and studying computer science, where I hope to become a computer programmer or IT professional.

Over this past year, if there was one thing I wanted to say, it would be don't take anything for granted, hard times will come and go, as long as you keep your head up you can get through it and do what you put your mind to.
