It was a chilly one as evidenced by the snowy turf, but the Pirates, on strong performances by Trent Gwinn, Trevin Kimball and Colton Slaybaugh, dominated WC 34-24. WILBUR, WASH.–The Pomeroy Pirates rallied with 20 second-half points to pull off a 43-24 win over Wilbur-Creston here Friday in the first football contest played since the fall of 2019.
The Pirates host Wellpinit today, February 25, in the second game of the five-game virus-adjusted season.
