WASHINGTON D.C.–Eastern Washington Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA-05) invites students from Washington’s Fifth Congressional District to participate in the 2021 Congressional Art Competition.

Students grade 7-12 are encouraged to submit various styles and types of art, ranging from paintings and drawings to photography and mixed media pieces. Students should submit a typed copy of the 2021 Student Release Form signed by the teacher, a parent or guardian, and the student, and securely attached to the back of the artwork to certify the originality of the piece.
