POMEROY–The Garfield County Commissioners (BOCC) approved Frank Gurney Incorporated, out of the Spokane Valley after reviewing submitted bids for the guardrail project on Bell Plain road at the meeting on March 22, 2021. The decision was made to retain South East Washington Economic Development Associates (SEWEDA) as the Associate Development Organization for the county, because of their excellent record of service to the county.

The BOCC heard a proposal from Clear Risk Solutions out of Ephrata about a risk pool insurance program. No decision has been made about the program at this time.
