POMEROY–Garfield County Transportation Authority (CTA) announced their busses are back to 100% occupancy at their meeting on July 19. The Washington State Department of Transportation grant cycle began on July 1. The CTA is currently in the second year of a four-year-cycle grant from WSDOT, which totals $803,500 for the four years, including a 20% match.
