Blue Mountain Artisan' Guild opens new addition with summer show

Featured artist Doug Roe's work is displayed in the BMAG's new showroom.

POMEROY–The Blue Mountain Artisan Guild (BMAG) unveiled the new addition to the gallery and wears of featured artists during their Fun in the Sun/Wonderful Woods show and grand opening on July 23 where over 80 visitors came to take in the wonder works of local and area artists.

Fun in the Sun/Wonderful Woods show featured artists Doug Roe and junior artist Elizabeth Ruchert were present to discuss the intricacies of their craft with the show goers.

In addition to the displayed artistic talents of the featured artists, the BMAG exhibited locally made quilts that are being raffled off to support the Garfield County Fair.

People delighted in the opportunity to once again to enjoy the painting, photography, pottery and more on display at the BMAG, as well as delicious refreshments.
