2020 Census Statistics Highlight Local Population Changes and Nation’s Racial and Ethnic Diversity

WASHINGTON D.C.–The U.S. Census Bureau released additional 2020 Census results showing an increase in the population of U.S. metro areas compared to a decade ago. In addition, these once-a-decade results showed the nation’s diversity in how people identify their race and ethnicity.

PETER, MINN.–The Biden-Harris Administration today announced that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is making up to $500 million available in grants to help rural health care facilities, tribes and communities expand access to COVID-19 vaccines, health care services and nutrition assistance.
