Pirate football players gave new principal Dan Wendt and his wife Judy a warm welcome to Pomeroy by helping unload the couple's belongings from the moving van recently. According to the Pomeory Jr Sr High School Facebook post, Wendt was "beyond belief" at the giving and graciousness extended by the team.
