PALOUSE–The Pomeroy Pirate swim team came in second by a single point at the Tri-County swim meet on August 3. Peyton Newberg won every race she entered, and high point for her age group, Girls 12 and under. Brantley McKeirnan also won high point for his age group, Boys 8 and under.
