County receives 10 Bids for Road Project

POMEROY–Garfield County Commissioners opened ten Gould City-Mayview Road Phase IV project bids February 3, 2020. After the meeting began at 9 a.m., the bid envelopes started arriving. More seating was needed to accommodate the construction company representatives.
