January 8, 2020–Garfield County Superior Court–Judge Tom Cox

David F. Edelman, of Portland, Ore., pleaded guilty to one count of Possession of Cocaine, a class C felony. Edelman was sentenced to 30 days jail; must pay $600 in legal financial obligations; and will be on 12 months Department. of Corrections (DOC) Community Custody.

Renee R. Vasquez, formerly of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, class C felonies. Vasquez was sentenced as a first-time offender to 30 days jail; $700 in legal financial obligations; and 12 months DOC community custody.

January 15, 2020–Garfield County District Court–Judge Tom Cox:

Kyle Campos, of Otis, Ore., pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Campos was ordered to pay $246.

Matthew Estes, of Kennewick, Wash., pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Estes was sentenced to four days in jail and must pay $246.

Brent Kresley, of Culdesac, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Violation of Ignition Interlock Requirement, a gross misdemeanor. Kresley was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay $656.

January 16, 2020–Garfield County District Court–Judge Tom Cox

Dustin K. Rand, of Walla Walla, Wash., pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Rand was sentenced to six days in jail and $146 in legal financial obligations.

February 5, 2020–Garfield County Superior Court–Judge Scott Marinella

Tyler W. Reeve, of Dayton, Wash., pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, a class C felony. Reeve was sentenced to 39 days jail; $500 in legal financial obligations; and will be placed on 12 months of DOC community custody.
