Garfield County Superior Court–Judge Tom Cox

Jeremy C. Cronenwett, Kennewick, Wash., pleaded guilty to one count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a class C felony. Cronenwett was sentenced to 35 days in jail; $500 in legal financial obligations and must complete a substance abuse evaluation with treatment.

Talea R. Wheeler, of Yelm, Wash., pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence, a gross misdemeanor. Wheeler was sentenced to 30 days in jail, $1,041 in legal financial obligations, and a substance abuse evaluation with treatment.

Garfield County Superior Court–Judge Scott Marinella

Keith L. McNeil, Walla Walla, Wash., pleaded guilty to Malicious Mischief 2nd Degree, a class C felony and DUI, a gross misdemeanor. McNeil was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $1,225.00 in legal financial obligations and must complete a substance abuse evaluation with treatment.

John M. Koch, most recently of Pomeroy, Wash., pleaded guilty to the gross misdemeanor of Assault 4th Degree Domestic Violence. Koch was sentenced to 14 days in jail, $243 in legal financial obligations, and must complete a mental health evaluation with treatment.

Garfield County Superior Court–Judge Scott Marinella

Carrie L. Abney, Portland, Ore., pleaded guilty to four felony offenses: Possession of a Stolen Vehicle; Identity Theft 2nd Degree; Possession of Stolen Property 2nd Degree and Possession of Methamphetamine. Abney, who has an extensive criminal history, was sentenced to 50 months in prison followed by 12 months of community custody. Abney must also pay $500 plus restitution.

Cody J. Horton, most recently of Pomeroy, Wash., pleaded guilty to two felony offenses Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of an Explosive Device without a License. Horton was sentenced to 18 months in prison, 12 months community custody and must pay $600.

Lucas G. Rassbach, Pullman, Wash., pleaded guilty to Minor Exhibiting the Effects of Having Consumed Liquor/Drug, a gross misdemeanor. Rassbach was sentenced to 48 hours of community service, $800 and treatment.

Christal Marsh, Kennewick, Wash., pleaded guilty to Allowing an Unauthorized Driver to Drive, a misdemeanor offense. Marsh was sentenced to eight days in jail and must pay $246.
