August 5, 2020

Jeremy A. Page, of Clarkston, pleaded guilty to felony Possession of Methamphetamine. Page was sentenced to 12-plus months prison; 12 months DOC community custody; and must pay $700 in legal financial obligations.

Kristian Sowers Johnson, of Bend, Ore., pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Possession of a Legend Drug. Johnson was sentenced to 48 hours of community service; $750 in legal financial obligations; and was given credit for completing a drug evaluation and treatment.

Jeremy P. Smith, of Clarkston, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Smith was ordered to pay $451 in legal financial obligations.

August 19, 2020

Kyle Lara, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to DUI. Lara was sentenced to 14 days jail; must pay $941 in legal financial obligations; and will complete a substance abuse evaluation with recommended treatment.

September 9, 2020

Dustin L. Beach, of Spokane, pleaded guilty to Violation of an Ignition Interlock Requirement, a gross misdemeanor. Beach was ordered to pay $451.

Adam H. Corona, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor. Corona was sentenced to 24 hours of community service; and $243 in legal financial obligations.

Timothy J. Kelly, of Pomeroy, was found guilty of Assault 4th Degree (DV) and Malicious Mischief 3rd Degree (DV), both gross misdemeanors. Kelly was sentenced to eight days jail; $448 in legal financial obligations; mental health evaluation with treatment; 24 months unsupervised probation; and may not possess, own, or control any firearm.

Anthony V. Newbern, of Milton-Freewater, Ore., pleaded guilty to Violation of an Ignition Interlock Requirement, a gross misdemeanor. Newbern was ordered to pay $656.
