Up to $419 million of federal PPP money was given to Chinese-owned companies

The federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, is a loan program overseen by the Small Business Administration (SBA) that helps businesses keep their workers employed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
