The Scoggin Family–Sarah, Westelle, Merritt and Naomi–sing the praises of the Lord on the Garfield County Courthouse lawn as a tribute to the season of "Peace on Earth and good will toward men."

POMEROY–The Scoggin family held an hour-long singing worship of thanksgiving on the Courthouse lawn Thursday afternoon, December 3.

The courthouse lawn was the scene of singing and rejoicing by the Scoggin family–Sarah, Naomi, Westelle, and Merritt–Thursday evening. The group filled the air with worship songs and praises unto God, pulling passersby into the rejoicing affair.

Drivers rolled their windows down as they passed the courthouse and truckers honked their horns to join in making a "...joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands." Psalms 100.

The Scoggin gang is planning to sing again on Thursday, December 10, at 3 p.m.
