POMEROY–No, the City Crew was not attempting to give a new meaning to "drive-through banking" last Thursday afternoon. They were repairing a leak in a water line running under the sidewalk in front of the Bank of Eastern Washington, which required turning off the water to nearby businesses while the work was being done.
