February 24, 2021

Jesus A. Davila, of Pasco, pleaded guilty to the gross misdemeanor offense of Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer. Davila was fined $143.

Sierra N. Hoskins, of Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to the gross misdemeanor offense of Theft 3rd Degree. Hoskins was sentenced to serve 15 days jail.

March 10, 2021

Kristy Chamberlain, of Starbuck, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Chamberlain was fined $349.

Kadin Rathburn, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree; as well as the gross misdemeanor offenses of Reckless Driving and Minor in Possession of Liquor. Rathburn was sentenced to three days jail, must pay $435, and will have his driving privileges suspended an additional 30 days.

February 24, 2021

Paul R. Eke, of Lenore, Idaho, pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of Attempted Animal Cruelty Second Degree. Eke was sentenced and ordered to serve 45 days jail, which may be served as Work Release or Electronic Home Monitoring; was ordered to pay $2,464.63 in costs and assessments; and will be placed on 12 months of unsupervised probation.

March 3, 2021

Dakota C. W. Carmine, of Pasco, pleaded guilty to three counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm 2nd Degree (Class C Felony). Carmine was sentenced to 60 days jail, which may be served in Electronic Home Monitoring; $600 in legal financial obligations; and the firearms involved in the case were all forfeited to law enforcement.
