My background, in healthcare, includes various phases of patient care, information technology (IT), electronic health record (EHR), and reporting responsibilities. I retained my Washington medical assistant license to remain informed with the changes and issues that rural health and critical access hospitals are faced with. I believe that Garfield County Hospital District has had some great achievements in the last few years, and I would like to see the district continue providing the care and services to the families in our community and surrounding areas. The future healthcare needs of our community need to remain priority to maintain sustainability.
