Road treatment stopped for winter

POMEROY–The Garfield County board of commissioners (BOCC) announced that gravel road treatment is finished for the winter at their meeting on November 8. The wheat straw liquor solution that has been being placed on the roads for dust abatement and to help the road hold together is no longer soaking into the ground.
