Lady Pirates finish with 7th Place trophy

The Seventh Place 2021 Pomeroy High School Volleyball Team dropped its first match against Naselle, then won out to bring home another State Volleyball trophy. Some of the matches were intense, and the Lady Pirates fought through the adversity–something the tumultuous, covid-altered regular season prepared them for–and finished strong. Head Coach Adam Van Vogt said the team never gave up, nor did they falter in believing in themselves, their coaches and on another. See page 9 for more.
