POMEROY–The Starlight Parade, coordinated by the local Chamber of Commerce, and Sherrie and Larry Ledgerwood, kicked off the 2021 Christmas Season Saturday, November 27, with floats and county vehicles bedecked with familiar characters and colorful twinkling lights.
