October 13, 2021

Jeffrey L. Bennett, of Chewelah, Wash., pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Negligent Driving 1st Degree. Bennett was sentenced to two days jail; must pay $786; and must complete a substance abuse evaluation with treatment.

Joseph R. Vernile Jr., of Renton, Wash., pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Negligent Driving 1st Degree. Vernile was sentenced to one day jail; must pay $1,296; and must complete a substance abuse evaluation with treatment.

October 27, 2021

Robert Atchison, of Lewiston, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Violation of an Ignition Interlock Violation and was fined $451.

Joseph F. Knapp, of Mead, Wash., pleaded guilty to: misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree; gross misdemeanor DUI; and gross misdemeanor Hit and Run Attended Vehicle. Knapp was sentenced to 11 days jail; must pay $1,428 plus restitution; and must complete a substance use evaluation and treatment.

John M. Koch, of Pomeroy, Wash., pleaded guilty to two counts of gross misdemeanor Harassment. Koch was sentenced to seven days jail, must maintain treatment recommendations, and have no contact with the victims of the crime.

November 10, 2021

Nicholas R. Eberle, of Lewiston, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Violation of a Protection Order, a gross misdemeanor. Eberle was sentenced to 11 days jail and must pay $143.

Timothy D. Kinney, of Lewiston, Idaho, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Negligent Driving 1st Degree. Kinney was sentenced to two days jail, $651, and must complete a substance abuse evaluation with treatment.

December 1, 2021

Brandon A. Bales, of Pomeroy, Wash., pleaded guilty to the gross misdemeanor offense of Minor in Possession of Liquor. Bales was sentenced to four days jail which was converted to 32 hours of community service; must pay $656; and must complete an alcohol evaluation with treatment.

Shine K. Bybee, of Lewiston, Idaho pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Possession of a Loaded Rifle in a Vehicle and was fined $296.

James D. Scott, of Pomeroy, Wash. pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Hit and Run Unattended Property. Scott repaired and/or replaced the damaged property and was fined $143.
