Adam S. Phelps, of Pomeroy, was convicted by jury, after a one-day trial, of Violation of a No Contact Order and Violation of an Anti-Harassment Order, both gross misdemeanor offenses. A sentencing hearing occurred on February 9, 2022 where Phelps was sentenced to 30 days of jail followed by 24 months unsupervised probation.
