POMEROY–It was announced at a City Council meeting in March that Diane Taylor will be the new City Clerk and Treasurer. She will begin work in Pomeroy on April 1, succeeding Shaun Martin, who is retiring.

Taylor graduated Pomeroy High School in 1982, and received an associate's degree in accounting from Spokane Falls. She spent 10 years working as an accountant, after which she took general and science courses from Lewis Clark Community College for three years.
