Garfield Co. District Court-–Judge Tom Cox:

March 16, 2022

Nickolas Berna, of Boise, Idaho, pleaded guilty to gross misdemeanor Driving Under the Influence. Berna was sentenced to serve two days jail; must pay $1,837 in legal financial obligations; and must complete a substance abuse evaluation with treatment.

March 30, 2022

Justin C. Mauhar, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to gross misdemeanor Providing Liquor to a Minor. Mauhar was ordered to pay $861, must complete an Alcohol Victim’s Panel, and will be on unsupervised probation for 24 months.

Misty M. Shoemaker, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to gross misdemeanor Licensing a Vehicle out of State and misdemeanor Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Shoemaker was sentenced to six days jail, fined $1,529, and will be on unsupervised probation for 24 months.

April 13, 2022

George M. Jones, of Stockton CA, pleaded guilty to Negligent Driving 1st Degree, a misdemeanor. Jones was sentenced to 3 days jail, must pay $836, and will complete a chemical dependency evaluation.

Michael P. McNamee, of Lewiston, pleaded guilty to gross misdemeanor Assault 4th Degree. McNamee was sentenced to 1 day jail.

Garfield Co. Superior Court––Judge Tom Cox:

March 30, 2022

Fred D. Roy, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to gross misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Property 3rd Degree and misdemeanor Resisting Arrest. Roy was sentenced to six days jail, must pay $250, and will be placed on unsupervised probation for 24 months.
