Miles of smiles are in store for fair-goers this year, if how this happy bunch of youngsters pictured at last year's fair, are any indication. The annual county showcase gets underway Friday and continues through the weekend with plenty to do, from the Friday evening parade to the Saturday livestock sale to the Pony Punchers Rodeo on Sunday. POMEROY–The Garfield County Fair "Barnyard Luau" three-day weekend begins Friday September 16 at 10 a.m., and will close Sunday, September 18 at 4 p.m. No specific distancing or masking protocols are expected this year; it will be left up to an individual's discretion.
