James (Jim) Elford Delp of Pomeroy, Wash., passed away at Garfield County Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 6, 2023 at the age of 86.

James was born in Marcus, Wash., to Glenn and Julia Delp of Boyds, Wash., on December 16, 1936. Jim was from a family of 13 children.
