POMEROY– The Pomeroy City Council accepted a bid for the summer seal coat project at a continuation of their monthly meeting on April 17. The low bid was provided by Idaho Asphalt at $85,233.75. Idaho Asphalt did not submit a bid security bond with their bid. The council waived the bond requirement and authorized Mayor Paul Miller to sign the bid.
