Safe Homes is a pledge-based, drug prevention project that helps parent communicate with each other and unite to prevent the use of alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs by their youth. The pledge, part of the Coalition's safe homes project, reads "I acknowledge that early exposure to substances primes the brain for addiction. Therefore, I pledge to create a safe home for all people, where alcohol and medications are securely stored. I pledge to never serve or provide alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, vaping products, or other substances, to anyone under the age of 21 in my home."

Signing the pledge was Principal, Dan Wendt, Garfield County Commissioner Jim Nelson, and teachers Tammy Domras, Jessica Wolf, Nettie Severs, and Anne Gingerich.
