"You Are Heard" survey deadline extended

POMEROY–The Garfield County Public Health District (PHD)board passed two resolutions and discussed the You Are Heard survey at their meeting on April 17.
PHD’s Administrator Martha Lanman announced that the district has received 296 surveys as part of the You Are Heard survey campaign. The deadline for the surveys has been extended to April 30. The extended deadline is not expected to affect the June deadline for the campaign.
Resolution 2023-06, approved by the board, adds $2,000 to a standing grant to manage youth tobacco and marijuana use, and resolution 2023-07, also approved, is an update to the fee schedule. The kitchen re-inspection fee will now be $60.
