Races form but will skip August 1 Primary

POMEROY–Races for City of Pomeroy Council positions have gelled with the end of the filing period last week. Incumbent Mayor G. Paul Miller will be opposed in the November 7 General Election by Jack Peasley, and Council Members 2 and 3 will also see races.
