POMEROY-Registration for Denny Ashby Library's summer reading program, All Together Now, will begin Thursday, June 8.

The library will be open from 12:30–7:30 p.m. to kick off the program, but participants have until June 30 to sign up. Everyone who registers on June 8 will have an opportunity to win a t-shirt or small prize. There is a version for everyone (children, teens, and adults).

To participate, children who are pre-readers through incoming 6th graders set a goal for the number of books they plan to read (or have read to them) during the 11 weeks of summer vacation. A prize is awarded at the halfway point and those who complete their goals will be awarded a coupon for ice-cream at Meyers Hardware and the opportunity to choose a book for the library's collection. A bookplate is placed inside honoring the reader's success.

Teens and adults' participants play "All Together Now Bingo" for a chance to win one of four $50 cash prizes.
