Vincent J. Gronross, Richland, Wash., pleaded guilty to Theft from a Vulnerable Adult in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony. Gronross was sentenced to four months jail; must pay $6,500 in legal financial obligations; and will be on 12 months of Community Custody through the Washington State Dept. of Corrections. Investigated by Garfield County Deputy Adam Jolly.

Kelly D. Flemming, Pomeroy, Wash., pleaded guilty to Assault 3rd Degree (DV) and Unlawful Imprisonment (DV) both Class C felonies. Sentencing in this matter has been continued to a future date. Investigated by Garfield County Deputies Dispenza and Jolly.

Michael Tuck, Pomeroy, Wash., pleaded guilty to misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Tuck was sentenced to one day jail and must pay $348. Investigated by Deputy Kris Taylor.

Gary Miller, Pomeroy, Wash., pleaded guilty to Assault 4th Degree, a gross misdemeanor. Miller was sentenced to two days jail and fined $248. Investigated by Garfield County Deputy Taylor

Michael Vance, Hermiston, Ore., pleaded guilty to Unlawful Hunting Big Game 2nd Degree as well as Wasting Wildlife, both Gross Misdemeanors. Vance was sentenced to 24 months unsupervised probation, must pay $2,596 in legal financial obligations and Wash. Dept. of Forest and Wildlife (WDFW) will act against his hunting privileges.
