Callie Carnahan is the new CTA's operational manager.

POMEROY–The Garfield County Transportation Authority (CTA) introduced their newly hired operational manager and decided to surplus a 2015 Ford van at their meeting on September 18.

The CTA has hired Callie Carnahan as the new operational manager, following an application and interview process.

The 2015 Ford Transit van E507 will be listed to a government surplus website. The van has over 160,000 miles on the odometer, and has been relegated to second backup vehicle. It has not been used much since the newest CTA vehicle hit the streets, and the van has been deemed surplus.

The October meeting of the CTA will be pushed back a week from October 16 to October 23.
