POMEROY–The local FFA Chapter and Conservation District hosted the Garfield County Career Development competitive event here Wednesday, October 18, welcoming 43 teams from around the area. Dayton FFA competed at the event with successful scores; Pomeroy FFA placed 8th. Both teams will move on to compete at the State contest near Moses Lake on Nov. 7.
