FFA Alumni New Year's Eve auction held at Spinners

Community-minded supporters of the FFA Alumni Annual auction filled the dining tables during dinner. Among the items auctioned off were chainsaws, a ton of grass hay, baskets of games and movies, rifles, paintings by local artists, and handmade metal and wood work.

POMEROY-The Pomeroy chapter of the FFA Alumni hosted a dinner and auction at the Spinners Hall on Sunday, Dec. 31. Over 60 items were donated for both live and silent auction, ranging from a set of hand lotion to a homemade tractor quilt. Among the items auctioned off were chainsaws, a ton of grass hay, baskets of games and movies, rifles, paintings by local artists, and handmade metal and wood work.

The freshmen members of the Pomeroy FFA chapter as well as the chapter officers were present in official dress and helped to prepare dinner as well as clean up tables and assist with the administration of the auction.
