Two Pomeroy high school students, Melinda Tuck and David John Tejero, applied and were accepted for the HearMeWA advisory group.

POMEROY–Applications from two local high school students Melinda Tuck and David John Tejero and members of the Pirate Partners Youth Coalition for the HearMeWA advisory group, were accepted

"The HearMeWA is, according to the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, a statewide program for receiving and responding tips or potential risks to the safety and well-being of youth. The goal of the program is to provide a safe place for youth to report safety and well-being concerns to help prevent tragedies and violence."
