The Port of Garfield celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony recognizing the February 2021 completion of "Fiber to the Home" project that is now bringing broadband high-speed internet to the rural community of Pomeroy. Those who joined in the fun and excitement of a great accomplishment are from left: Washington State Rep. Joe Schmick, R-9, Colfax; Washington State Rep.
