Sandra Beckwith Rennewanz

November 15, 1948-December 15, 2020

Sandra Kay Beckwith Rennewanz went to be with the Lord on December 15, 2020, due to heart failure. She lived with a pacemaker for twenty-four years.

Sandy was born in Astoria, Ore. Her childhood was spent on the Snake River ranch and orchard near Pomeroy, Wash. She graduated from Pomeroy High in 1967, and from WSU in Pullman in 1971 with a degree in Speech Pathology and Education.

She married William (Bill) Rennewanz Jr. and they were happily together 41 years until his death. They lived in Walnut Creek, Calif., Vancouver, Wash., and her last 21 years in Las Vegas, Nev. Sandy sold real estate in each of those locations.

Sandy was known for her sunny smile and her zest for life. She loved entertaining and spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed her church and Bible Study, and also golfing, and traveling.

Sandy is survived by her loving partner Randy Sauber; her mother, Virginia Beckwith; her sister, Beverlee (Ralph) Funk; her brother-in-law, John Blattner; her sister-in-law, Betsy Buerk; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Sandy was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Rennewanz; her father, John Beckwith; and her sister, Sharon Blattner.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
