POMEROY–The Garfield County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) accepted an amendment from the County Road Commissioners Board to the Rural Arterial Program (RAP) at their meeting on May 17. The amendment grants additional funds of $1,295,000 to bring the total amount of money up to $2,403,000.
