POMEROY-The Garfield County Public Health District discussed Second Harvest visits and passed two resolutions at their meeting on October 23.
Second Harvest’s mobile food bank will come to Pomeroy for the last time in 2023 on November 1. There is planning for it to return in 2024.
The District passed resolution 2023-18, a contract for 2023-2024 school nursing programs for both Pomeroy and Starbuck school districts. They also passed resolution 2023-19, to surplus a RICOH printer to the Garfield County Fair Board for use at the Fairgrounds.
