December 4, 2019–Garfield County Superior Court–Judge Tom Cox:
Kevin M. Tronnes, of Longview, Wash., pleaded guilty to Attempted Possession of Depictions of Minors 2nd Degree a Class C Felony; and Indecent Exposure a Misdemeanor. Tronnes, who had no criminal history, was sentenced to: 91-days jail; $600 in legal financial obligations; 12-months Dept. of Corrections (DOC) community custody; must complete sex offender treatment; and register as a sex offender.
December 11, 2019–Jacob A. Davis, of Jerome, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Negligent Driving First Degree, a Misdemeanor. Davis was sentenced to: one-day jail; $246; and must complete an Alcohol/Drug information class.
December 18, 2019: Kelly D. Fleming, of Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to Assault 3rd Degree DV, a Class C Felony. Fleming was sentenced to: six-months jail; must pay $700 plus restitution; is subject to 12-months DOC community custody; and will complete both a substance abuse evaluation, a domestic violence evaluation, followed by any recommended treatment.
Ricky S. Higheagle, of Umatilla, Ore., pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class C Felony. Higheagle was sentenced to: 24-months prison; $800 in legal financial obligations; and 12-months DOC community supervision.
