POMEROY––Its first league double-bill canceled last Saturday due to a scheduling issue, the Pomeroy Pirates headed into Spring Vacation after a pair of non-league wins over Liberty Spangle and Prairie. The Pirates are 5-2 overall.
The Pirates downed Prairie 18-14 at Shepherd Field on March 31, and earlier edged Liberty Spangle 6-5 on March 29.
