    OLYMPIA–The Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) reports the year-end minimum population count for 2021 was at least 206 known wolves in 33 known packs including at least 19 breeding pairs. Annual wolf population surveys are conducted in the winter because wolf populations experience the least amount of natural fluctuation during this time.     POMEROY–The Pomeroy Gun Club started the 10–week Camas Prairie Trap competition on Saturday January 7 for Juniors, and Sunday January 8 for the Senior Club.     SPOKANE–Innovia, the community foundation serving 20 counties in Eastern Washington and North Idaho, is currently accepting applications for funding through its annual Community Grants Program. He was born on August 20, 1941 in Corbin, Kentucky to Ilene and James Sullivan.
